Before you begin
- Vendor signup: Nigeria only. Your business must be based in Nigeria to register as a vendor.
- Prepare genuine identity, CAC, BVN and business-address documents.
- Have your store details, garment photos and Nigerian bank account ready.
- Buyers pay when ordering. Hub inspection must pass before the earnings become eligible for payout.
Screens are rendered from the app with example data. Appearance can vary on your phone; follow the named controls.
01 / 12
Register once, verify your email and complete your setup checklist.
Welcome then Vendor then Create an account
- Vendor signup is currently for businesses based in Nigeria only. Choose the selling experience. The signup screen is headed Open your workshop.
- Enter your name, email and a password of at least 10 characters. Repeat the password in Confirm password.
- Tick the box accepting the Vendor Terms. The linked terms and privacy notice open a scrollable reader; you do not need to scroll to the bottom to accept.
- Submit the form. If a Business Executive invited you, use their referral invitation when registering so its code can be carried into signup.
Vendor registration creates your account and starts onboarding. It is not verification approval and does not publish a store or listing by itself. If you already have an account, sign in rather than creating duplicates.
- 1Open your workshop
- 2Your name
Registration then Confirm your email
- Check the email shown on the confirmation screen. Open the AFH email and follow the confirmation link.
- Return to the app and tap I have confirmed it.
- If the message has not arrived, check spam or junk and use resend after the countdown. Correct a wrong address rather than resending repeatedly.
Complete email verification before continuing with the restricted vendor setup actions. Do not give verification links, passwords or security codes to another person.
- 1I have confirmed it
- 2That address is wrong
Vendor Orders then Setup checklist
- Complete the three setup tasks: verification, store details and logo, and bank account.
- Tap an unfinished task to open its form. Check the status when you return.
- Once the setup is complete, use Create your first listing.
- After onboarding, use Orders for work, Store for listings, Business for earnings and support, Inbox for conversations, and Account for settings.
A completed form is not the same as an approved application. Read any review feedback or reapplication date shown in the app.
- 1Complete your verification
- 2Add your bank account
02 / 12
Provide clear, genuine documents and follow each review result.
Account then Verification
- Open Verification. The Four documents screen lists your government ID, CAC certificate, BVN and proof of business address.
- Open an unfinished document row. Read the accepted-document and consent instructions for that document.
- Use Take a photograph or Choose from photos where offered. Check that the whole document is readable and that its details match your application.
- Tap Send this in. Repeat for each requested document; complete the BVN form separately.
Do not alter a document or use another person's details. Upload verification material only through its verification screen, never in buyer chat. A submitted document is not yet verified.
- 1Government identity
- 2Business registration
Verification then BVN
- Open the BVN task and enter the information requested on that screen.
- Read the consent notice and confirm only when you understand the identity check.
- Submit and return to the verification list to check its result.
- If a check cannot be completed, follow the feedback or contact support; do not repeatedly submit guessed details.
BVN and identity information are private verification data. Do not include them in your store description, listings or messages to buyers.
- 1BVN
- 2Confirm BVN
- Reopen Verification to check each document's status. The active page refreshes as review results arrive.
- If a document is under review, wait for its result rather than replacing it unnecessarily.
- If it fails, read the reason, correct the stated issue and resubmit through that document's page.
- A verified document is locked. If its details need correction, contact support. If the entire application is declined, follow the application decision and any reapplication date.
Pull down to refresh after a lost connection. Do not assume approval because an upload completed or because one of the four documents passed.

Make your storefront clear, accurate and recognisable.
Store / Account then Store details and logo
- Open Store details and logo. Add your public store name and choose a unique handle.
- Describe your work accurately in About your work. Add your business phone and location in their dedicated fields.
- Use Add a logo or Change logo to choose a clear image you have permission to use.
- Tap Save and check the saved store details.
Your public description is not a place for private identity documents, buyer information or off-platform payment instructions. A handle must be available before it can be saved.
- 1Store name
- 2Handle
Store details and logo then Make me a logo
- Tap Make me a logo to open the wordmark tool.
- Check the Name to set and the remaining generation allowance. Tap Make logo.
- Review the generated options for spelling, readability and originality. Tap Use this one on the result you want.
- Check that the saved store logo is the one you intended. You can use your own uploaded logo instead.
AI can make mistakes or produce similar-looking results for different users. You remain responsible for rights to your brand and for checking the final output. The allowance shown in the app controls how many requests remain.
- 1Name to set
- 2Make logo (2 left)
Store then Share your store
- Finish your store details and check the public name and handle.
- Use Share your store when available to send the store link.
- Check the link before sharing widely. Buyers still need to place and pay for orders through AFH.
A store link does not make draft, rejected or removed listings purchasable. The listing must be live.
- 1Share your store
- 2Post a new item
04 / 12
Verify the beneficiary before any earnings are sent.
Account then Bank account
- Open Bank account and choose Add an account if the form is not already open.
- Choose Your bank, enter the 10-digit account number, then enter it again in Type it again.
- Tap Check this account. Read the account name returned by the bank carefully.
- Only when it is correct, tap Yes, this is my account. Otherwise choose the change-number option and correct the details.
Use an account you are authorised to receive business earnings into. Never confirm an incorrect beneficiary just to finish setup. The app masks the full number after saving.
- 1Your bank
- 2Account number
- Open Bank account and use the change-account option. Repeat the bank-name verification for the replacement account.
- Check the saved destination before your next withdrawal.
- Read any withdrawal-hold message and the displayed release time after an account change. Contact support if the change was not yours.
Bank-account changes may temporarily restrict withdrawals. A saved account does not bypass verification, holds or insufficient available funds.
- 1Your bank
- 2Account number

Show the real garment and enter a price and making time you can honour.
Store then Post a new item
- Tap Post a new item to open Post a piece.
- Add 3-10 photographs of the actual outfit on a person or mannequin. Include the full look and a closer detail, plus other useful angles.
- Choose the cover photograph and check the image order where those controls are available. Remove poor or incorrect photos before submitting.
- Use Choose a video to add the required 10-60 second garment video. Show a 360-degree view: front, both sides and back. If a file is refused, read the reason and choose a compliant replacement.
Uploaded listing videos play muted on AFH. Put essential details in the description rather than relying on sound. Keep colour and material accurate. You need permission to use every image and video; do not reuse another tailor's work as your own.
- 1Photographs
- 2Choose a video
- Open the male or female examples below to plan your listing photographs and video. Both people and mannequins are accepted.
- Photograph the complete outfit and its closer details. Keep all media consistent with the actual garment offered in the listing.
- Record a full turn in 10-60 seconds, showing the front, both sides and back. Uploaded videos play muted. Check the notes beside each sample before following it.
- Sample media disclaimer: These sample photos and videos were sourced from Instagram and belong to their respective owners, not AFH. They are presentation references, not media to reuse in your listing. Their inclusion does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Upload only media you own or have permission to use, including permission from anyone featured.
The female mannequin clip is a framing reference only: it is shorter than 10 seconds and does not show a complete turn. Your own upload must meet both requirements.
- Enter a specific Title and an accurate Description. Explain the garment, finishing and exactly what the buyer receives.
- Choose Who it is for, Age group, Garment and Fabric. If you choose Other, fill the extra name field.
- Choose any requested fabric subtype and the sizes available. Check the headwear inclusion separately.
- Review every selected attribute against the photographs and actual product.
Do not promise unavailable fabric, an included accessory you do not supply, or a result you cannot make. Use the applicable product and safety rules for children's garments in the Vendor Terms.
- 1Who it is for
- 2Fabric
Post a piece then Making and price
- Enter Days to make this piece yourself: use a whole number from 1 to 14. The blank field is not an automatic 14-day allowance.
- Select the hub-delivery time you can meet. This is separate from making the garment.
- Enter Price (USD). Check the commission and earnings information before deciding your price.
- If you enable group purchase, enter the group price per person and its headwear inclusion. The group price must not exceed the single-piece price.
List only work you can fulfil at the displayed price and within the promised timeline. The agreed split is 70% to the vendor and 30% to AFH, with applicable adjustments explained in your terms and earnings records.
- 1Days to make this piece
- 2Price (USD)
- Read the list of missing items near the submission controls. Fill each required field and add the required media.
- Use Save as draft when you are not ready for review. A draft still needs the basic title, audience, garment, fabric, valid making days and price.
- When everything is ready, tap Send for review and wait for the saved/submitted result.
- Return to Store to check the listing's status. Do not assume an upload or button tap has published the item.
A draft is not visible for buyers to purchase. If an upload fails, correct the problem and retry without repeatedly creating duplicate listings.
- 1Send for review
- 2Save as draft
06 / 12
Use the assistants, then check their work and the moderation result.
- Add accurate garment photographs and enough identifying details for the assistant to understand the item.
- Tap Write it for me beside Description and wait for the proposed text. If text is already present, the button says Rewrite it for me.
- Read every sentence. Correct fabric, colour, inclusions, workmanship and any claim the images do not support.
- Keep, edit or replace the draft, then continue normal listing submission.
The app shows the remaining AI allowance. An AI draft does not approve the listing or guarantee accuracy. Never use generated text to misrepresent the garment.
- 1Description
- 2Write it for me (2 left)
- If an image check flags a photograph, read the issue attached to that image.
- Replace a blurry, obstructed or unsuitable photo with a clearer image of the actual garment.
- Where image assistance is offered, inspect the result before using it. Check that colour, pattern and garment details have not changed.
- Continue only when the media and the description accurately represent the item.
You remain responsible for both uploaded and AI-assisted content. Do not use a visually attractive generated image to advertise a different product.
- 1Photographs
- 2Tap the photograph to remove and replace it
Store then Select listing
- Open the listing in Store and read its status: draft, under review, live/published, rejected or removed.
- For a rejection, read the review notes and edit the actual issue before resubmitting.
- After approval, check that the listing shows as live. Important store screens refresh while active; pull down if your connection was interrupted.
- Open a live listing to review it, edit when permitted or use its share control. Read any warning about open group events before changing group availability.
Editing or resubmitting is not approval. Existing paid orders and group commitments still need to be honoured even if a listing is later changed or removed.
- 1Live (1)

07 / 12
Confirm promptly, review the specifications and start making the piece.
Orders then Select order
- Open the new order and check the reference, item, quantity, measurements, any optional reference photo, payment information and hub deadline.
- Tap Confirm order. There is no separate measurement-confirmation task.
- Read the current Current stage on the detail screen and check the production action available for that stage.
- For each new multi-piece purchase, handle the -A, -B and later piece references independently.
Buyers pay at AFH checkout. Once AFH records and accepts the paid order for you, you cannot reject it and must proceed to production. Your confirmation acknowledges the work; it is not a right to decline it. Raise a fulfilment problem with support immediately.
- 1Confirm order
- 2Talk to the buyer
Orders then Select order then Measurements
- Open the correct order or piece and scroll to Measurements. Read the recorded values for that garment.
- If the buyer attached a reference photo, tap View reference photo beneath the garment title. It opens in a private viewer. Use the close icon to return to the order.
- Use the photo to understand the wearer's shape and posture alongside the recorded measurements, purchased listing and agreed instructions. Do not estimate missing measurements from the image or replace the order's recorded numbers with visual guesses.
- The photo is optional. If there is no View reference photo option, proceed using the measurements and agreed instructions. Do not require a photo or delay or reject an order solely because none is provided.
- For missing or unclear measurements, use Ask the buyer in chat when available. Ask a specific question and record agreed pre-production adjustments in the order conversation.
- If a photo fails to load, check your connection and use Try again. If it is no longer available, the buyer may have removed it; continue with the recorded measurements and clarify any essential details in the order chat. Contact support if the problem persists.
This is a private tailoring reference for fulfilling the linked order only. Do not download, screenshot, save, share, post publicly or reuse it, including in AI tools or marketing. Buyers can remove the photo or delete its measurement profile; this revokes photo access in related orders. The order's recorded measurements remain a snapshot. Do not ask for a replacement through personal email, social media or other off-platform channels.
- 1Measurements
- 2View reference photo
- 3Ask the buyer in chat
Order then Talk to the buyer then Message buyer
- Use Message buyer or Ask the buyer in chat for a specific question about that piece.
- Check the order's measurement snapshot and listing details before asking the buyer to repeat information already provided.
- Keep any agreed pre-production adjustment in the order chat and record it in the work order later.
- Check that your message sent successfully. If instructions remain missing or contradictory, contact support promptly.
Do not exchange private contact information, social handles or off-platform payment details. Do not guess missing essential measurements. An unsupported promise in a private external conversation is not an AFH order update.
- 1View order
- 2Send
- For an accepted order showing Start production, use that control when you begin. If the order is already in production, continue its work.
- Make the item to the purchased listing, attached measurements and agreed instructions.
- Monitor Reaches the Lagos hub in and plan courier time as well as making time.
- When the piece is complete and the order is confirmed, choose Order is ready, proceed to shipping to hub.
Conditional group orders wait for their disclosed activation requirements. Do not treat an unpaid order or an invitation as production clearance. Actual production, not acknowledgement alone, determines the voluntary-cancellation position; be accurate when support checks whether work has started.
- 1Ask the buyer in chat
- 2Start production
08 / 12
Complete all four steps for the correct garment reference.
Order then Shipping to the hub
- Check the vendor name, handle, order number and garment references shown on the work order.
- In Modifications made based on buyer instruction, describe the agreed changes. Write No changes when none were made.
- Tap Save work order, then Print work order. Follow the phone's printing options.
- If you edit the modifications afterward, save and print the current version again.
The app requires the current work order to be saved and printed before courier information can be completed. If printing is unavailable, contact support before dispatching without the required document.
- 1Save work order
- 2Print work order
- Check the garment against its order before packing. Include all accessories the buyer purchased.
- Put the printed work order inside the package and keep the item clearly identifiable by its reference.
- Use the hub name, address and contact currently displayed in Step 2. Do not rely on an address copied from an old message.
- Arrange delivery to reach the hub within the interval shown after dispatch. Keep the courier receipt and tracking information.
For several pieces, keep each reference and work order matched to the correct garment, even if a courier carries them together.
- 1Ship the item to the hub
- 2Add courier details
- In Add courier details, enter the name of the courier delivering this order to the hub.
- Enter the courier phone number using the required digits-only format, and the tracking number or URL.
- Tap Save courier information and wait for Courier information saved.
- If you correct the courier information before hub receipt, save the update. An edit does not restart the original arrival deadline.
The control stays blocked until the current work order is printed and the courier fields are valid. Saving details is not confirmation that the hub has received the garment.
- 1Courier name
- 2Tracking number or URL
- Open Step 4, Hub confirmation. When Steps 1-3 are saved, look for All shipping steps completed.
- You can leave the page once the shipment details are saved. AFH will notify you when the hub confirms receipt.
- Return to the order to follow its current stage. After hub receipt, the page shows Received at hub and the arrival countdown is no longer the active instruction.
- If the courier reports delivery but the app has not confirmed hub receipt, contact support with the courier evidence.
Hub arrival and passing inspection are separate events. Payout eligibility starts only after the item passes inspection, subject to the other payout conditions.
- 1Hub confirmation

Use the inspection result to resolve issues and keep the order moving.
Order then Inspection result
- Open the order after hub receipt and read the inspection result.
- The hub checks the purchased specification, measurements, material and colour, agreed pre-production changes, finishing and included items.
- If it passes, follow the order's onward-shipping status and check the earnings entry.
- If it does not pass, read the written reasons and any available evidence before contacting support about the correction.
An inspection pass does not make you exempt from a later verified defect or your responsibilities under the Vendor Terms.
- 1Inspection not passed
- 2Contest this inspection
- On a failed inspection, use Contest this inspection if you believe the result is wrong.
- Write a specific explanation in What you think they got wrong. Identify the measurement, specification or evidence in dispute.
- Tap Ask for a second opinion and wait for the review result.
- Continue checking the order and any support conversation; a submitted challenge does not itself release the payment.
Provide facts and evidence, not only disagreement. Use support to clarify the required remedy or the return arrangements.
- 1What you think they got wrong
- 2Ask for a second opinion
- Agree the correction and return arrangements with AFH through support before making assumptions about where the garment will go.
- When the returned item arrives, record its receipt and complete the required correction.
- Dispatch the corrected garment back to the instructed hub within seven calendar days of receiving the returned item, unless AFH gives a written exception.
- Follow the updated order instructions and provide the new shipment evidence requested.
Where the fault is yours, attributable correction costs can be charged to you and deducted from payouts under the Vendor Terms. Buyer-caused errors are assessed separately. Do not demand a private transfer from the buyer.

Understand the difference between upcoming money and available money.
Business then Earnings
- Open Business, then Earnings. Review the earned total and the available year controls.
- Read Upcoming payment separately from Available balance. Paid work still awaiting inspection is not available to withdraw.
- Check Next payout in the app; the scheduled day is not permanently fixed.
- Open recent transactions or View all to inspect individual order amounts, commission and conversion details.
Earnings for a piece become eligible only after that piece passes hub inspection, subject to verification, applicable holds and payout rules. The agreed vendor share is 70%; AFH receives 30%. USD listing prices are converted for naira payouts using the applicable recorded rate, not a guaranteed fixed rate.
- 1Available balance
- 2Upcoming payment
Business then Earnings then Withdraw now
- Check your available balance and saved payout account. Resolve any displayed verification or account-change hold first.
- Open Withdraw now. Review the quoted available amount, withdrawal charge and You receive amount.
- Read the confirmation and confirm only once when the destination and amounts are correct.
- Keep the reference and check View payout history. A request being on its way is not yet confirmation that your bank has credited it.
Withdraw now does not release pending inspection funds or bypass holds. Provenfield Labs Limited administers vendor payouts through its Paystack business account. Do not retry an unclear withdrawal repeatedly; check the history and contact support with its reference.
- 1Available
- 2You receive
- Open Already paid to you or payout history to review transfers and their current status.
- Use View all in transactions to inspect the available date/year filters and export a statement when offered.
- Match the payout reference and net amount to your bank record, allowing for the displayed charges.
- For a delayed or failed payout, open a support ticket with the reference, date and amount. Keep your financial records for your own tax reporting.
Vendors are responsible for their Nigerian tax obligations. AFH does not manage a tailor's tax filings. Do not send bank passwords or full card details as evidence.

Use your business records to improve service and resolve problems.
Business then Performance / Reviews
- Open Performance to review the available inspection, on-time hub delivery, listing and order-stage figures.
- Use these figures to spot repeated late deliveries or inspection problems.
- Open Reviews to read buyer feedback. When a reply control is offered, write a factual, respectful response and tap Post reply.
Never publish a buyer's private details in a review response. A public reply does not replace resolving an order problem through support.

Order then Contact support, or Business then Support
- For an order problem, use Contact support from that order so the reference is attached. For general help, open Business > Support and tap Open a ticket.
- Choose the issue and, when applicable, the order. Add a short subject and a clear description; attach relevant evidence using the available controls.
- Tap Send, then follow the ticket conversation for replies. Use the order link or back control to return to the affected order.
- Check the ticket again after reconnecting if a message did not send or the latest response was not loaded.
Keep one conversation per issue where possible. Only attach documents relevant to the case, and never share private account credentials. General help is also available at support@afrofashionhouse.com.

- Use Name, email and phone to update editable personal contact details. Keep public store details in Store details and logo.
- Use Change password when available for your account. If you cannot sign in, use the reset-password link on the sign-in screen.

Account then Notifications
- Open Notifications to review the available push and email settings.
- Allow phone notifications if you want push alerts. Check the app inbox and order status even when a phone alert is delayed.
- Open relevant order, verification or support notices to act on them.
- Pull down to refresh after reconnecting. Important tracking pages also refresh while active.
Muting optional notifications does not pause an order deadline or remove your obligation to act. Essential operational and security messages may still be sent.
- 1Push notifications
- 2Email
Account then Close account
- Resolve open orders, inspections, support tickets and payout issues before requesting closure.
- Open the closure screen, read the explanation, type CLOSE and tap Close my account.
- If closure remains pending, use Keep my account to withdraw the request before it completes.
- Work with AFH to reconcile available earnings, documented holds and outstanding obligations. Retain your own statements.
Closure does not cancel paid work or erase financial and legal records. Payment of any undisputed eligible balance is subject to reconciliation and the Vendor Terms, not an immediate payment of every displayed balance.
