Who can sign up?
Buyer signup is currently limited to customers based in the United States. Vendor signup is currently limited to businesses based in Nigeria.
Where is my order?
Open Orders in the buyer app and select the relevant piece. Its progress and tracking details are there. For order-specific help, open Support from that order.
How do I start selling?
Vendor signup is for businesses based in Nigeria only. Create a vendor account, set up your store, complete verification and submit a listing. The vendor guide walks through each step.
How do I plan an aso-ebi order?
Choose a listing offering group pricing, create an event and invite your people. Participants order and pay separately. The buyer guide explains the event and chat flow.
